Patrick Smallwood
Founder & CEO
Patrick is a dedicated professional committed to providing the highest standard of notary services. With a strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach, he ensures that every client receives exceptional support.
Patrick’s experience extends well beyond the title insurance industry, where he spent over four years and served as an escrow officer—an experience that deepened his understanding of the closing process and the vital role of quality mobile notary services.
He holds an associate degree from Tyler Junior College and earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University. Patrick also gained valuable insight into public service through his internship with the U.S. Congress and broadened his global perspective while studying abroad in Jordan.
Johnny Smallwood
Sales Representative / Scheduler
Johnny is the Co-Founder and serves as a Sales Representative and Scheduler, bringing a strong background in information technology and computer programming to the team. Known for his attention to detail, quick wit, and solution-driven mindset, Johnny approaches each interaction with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction.
A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, he combines technical expertise with a commitment to excellence, helping ensure smooth operations and high-quality service at every stage of the process.
Angela Smallwood
Sales Representative / Scheduler
Angela serves as our Sales Representative and Scheduler, bringing a friendly, personable approach to every client interaction. She is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and is known for her integrity, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset. Growing up with a father who worked as a home builder, Angela developed an early appreciation for professionalism, accountability, and the importance of doing things the right way. She takes pride in building genuine connections and ensuring each client feels heard, valued, and confident in our services.
